Concert Group unveils chief credit officer

Concert Group, which comprises an admitted carrier, non-admitted carrier and risk retention vehicle Harmony Re, has appointed a chief credit officer.

Thomas Sweeney will report to chief executive officer John Hendrickson. He will oversee all aspects of credit risk including its admitted carrier, Concert Insurance Company, its non-admitted carrier, Concert Specialty Insurance Company, and Harmony Re.

Sweeney joins Concert with over 20 years of experience in finance and corporate development in the property and casualty re/insurance industry.  

“Tom has played a key role over the last 12 months as we’ve worked to execute our plan for profitable, sustainable growth,” said Hendrickson.
