CRC Specialty adds industry veterans to fuel strategic growth

CRC Group has added three professionals to its expanding CRC Specialty division. According to the company these strategic hires reinforce CRC’s ongoing commitment to growth, innovation, and top-tier service in the specialty insurance space.

Rita Carr (pictured centre) has joined CRC Specialty’s Indianapolis, Indiana, team as a senior underwriting team leader, bringing over 30 years of industry experience. Prior to joining CRC, Carr served as a senior underwriter with a respected national managing general agency and excess & surplus lines broker. She is a licensed surplus lines broker with deep expertise across property, casualty, professional, and other specialty lines.

Glenn Willis (pictured left)joins the Dallas, Texas office as an underwriting team leader. With more than 17 years of industry experience, Willis previously held a broker position with an independent wholesale brokerage firm, where he developed a strong track record of delivering tailored solutions to retail partners across diverse lines of business.

Nick Sans (pictured right) has been appointed property and inland marine broker in CRC Specialty’s Dallas, Texas office. He brings over 18 years of experience and previously held a leadership role at a US-based specialty insurer focused on property, casualty, and surety risks in niche markets.
