Crumdale appoints regional sales director, captives

Bryan Griffith (pictured), formerly a business development coordinator at Innovative Captive Strategies, has moved to Crumdale Specialty as regional sales director, captives.

He has also preciously worked as a strategic advisor and marketing operations specialist at Businessolver, in addition to an MPCI underwriter at Rain and Hail Insurance.

In a LinkedIn post, he said: “After an incredible 8-year journey with Innovative Captive Strategies, I want to express my deepest gratitude to the amazing colleagues, mentors, and clients who made it such a rewarding experience.”

On joining Crumdale Specialty, he noted the move comes as “captives are emerging as a powerful solution for employers seeking transparency, stability, and long-term savings”.
