Halter appointed SVP at Fortegra

Eric Halter has been appointed senior vice president of business development – specialty at Fortegra Specialty Insurance Company, with immediate effect.

He is based in Jacksonville, Florida.

In a statement on LinkedIn he said: “I am more than excited to bring my programme expertise to the amazing executive team at this well established and respected insurer. I am looking forward to enhancing an already dynamic and successful enterprise to achieve our shared goals.”

Halter previously worked at AF Specialty, a part of AF Group from March 2017 until February 2024, first as a director and then later as managing director.
