Hylant Global Captive Solutions adds four to team

Hylant’s Global Captive Solutions team has appointed four veteran executives as it boosts its presence in the market. 

The company said it had hired Courtney Doherty as captive account executive,  Tom Hauschild and Pravin Rakhecha as senior captive account managers and Meg McIntire as captive account manager. 

“We’re excited to welcome these talented professionals to our team,” said Anne Marie Towle (pictured), CEO of Hylant Global Risk and Captive Solutions. “Their experience and dedication to service will help us continue delivering customised captive and risk financing strategies with exceptional client support.”

Hylant said the expansion reflected its commitment to investing in "top-tier talent and reinforcing its position as a global leader in captive insurance consulting and management services".

Doherty spent almost 13 years at Marsh and was vice president and senior account manager from 2021 to 2024 

Hauschild, a certified public accountant, previously spent almost nine years at Swiss Re in a variety of roles, including as a senior financial reporting professional.  

Rakhecha, a chartered accountant, was previously a technical support team supervisor at WTW. 

McIntire was an account manager and assistant vice president at Marsh where she spent four years.
