MAXIS GBN announces new European manager

MAXIS Global Benefits Network (MAXIS GBN) has appointed Jean-David Bridoux (pictured) as regional manager – Western Europe within its global Business Development (BD) team. He has been promoted from his role as account executive, replacing Damian Allepuz who was recently appointed as regional director – EMEA.

In his new position, Jean-David is responsible for outbound business development across Western Europe and will lead the existing regional BD team, ensuring MAXIS’ clients, network members and intermediaries in the region receive the best possible service.

Bridoux said: “I’m excited to be taking on this new opportunity and leading the outbound business development team in Western Europe. We have doubled our premium volume with Western European multinationals over the last five years and tripled our number of large European captive clients, so I’m looking forward to building on that growth and success in my new position.”

Allepuz commented: “I’m delighted to see Jean-David stepping up into this role. He has been vital to the success of our Western Europe BD team with his client focused approach and strong relationship building skills. I’m confident he will lead the team to even greater heights in the region.”

Bridoux has over 13 years’ experience in the insurance industry. Before joining MAXIS in 2019, he worked as a key account executive at AXA France, working with employee benefits clients. He holds a master’s degree from IFAG (The School of Management and Entrepreneurship) in France.
