Miholic rejoins Marsh to lead national growth

Adam Miholic (pictured) has announced that he is rejoining Marsh Captive Solutions with immediate effect as national growth leader, based in Chicago.

In a statement on LinkedIn he said: “I started my career in captives at Marsh over 10 years ago and I am excited to be back.”

He was previously vice president, head of captives and North American placement at Revantage, A Blackstone Portfolio Company from November 2023 to May 2026, also based in Chicago.

Prior to that he was a senior consultant, captives, at Hylant from July 2019 until November 2023.

He joined Marsh as an assistant vice president in May 2016, transferring to be director, alternative risk programs at Assurance, a Marsh & McLennan Agency company from April 2018 to June 2019.

Miholic featured in the 2025 edition of Captive Review’s FORTY Under 40.
