New CUO at Skyward A&H

Arleigh Kennedy is starting a new position as chief underwriting officer at Skyward Accident & Health, based in the greater Boston area.

She joined the company in January 2024 as a senior vice president of underwriting. Kennedy is a stop loss expert, involved in underwriting, sales and product development.

She was previously national vice president sales at Blackwell Captive Solutions from October 2022 until December 2023.

Prior to that she was vice president of sales at AccuRisk Solutions from February 2020 to October 2022 in the greater Boston area, where she was responsible for helping the company to grow the stop loss book of business and cross sell ancillary products, rebuild relationships with TPAs and brokers that had gone inactive or have potential for growth, build new relationships with brokers that the company has not worked with previously and help the company to successfully become a member of coalition panels with large firms.
