New global captive manager director at Hylant

Courtney Doherty (pictured) has announced that she is starting a new position as director, global captive management at Hylant.

“As the director of global captive management, I have the privilege of partnering with an incredibly talented group of captive professionals,” she said in a statement on LinkedIn. “Together, we are committed to fostering growth, excellence, and collaboration, ensuring that everyone has the support and resources they need to thrive.

“In this role, my focus remains on understanding our clients' unique needs and delivering service that exceeds expectations. By building strong relationships and maintaining open communication, we aim to provide tailored solutions that empower businesses to manage risk effectively and strategically.”

Doherty started at Hylant in November 2024 as a captive account executive.

She previously worked for Marsh McLennan for 12 years, starting as an assistant vice president & account manager in Burlington Vermont in March 2023. She was promoted to vice president & senior account manager in 2021 and was based in Colchester Vermont.
