New SVP at Brown & Brown

Claudio Rubiera has been promoted to the post of senior vice president at Brown & Brown Insurance Services.

Based in Miami, Florida, Rubiera’s duties will cover captives, commercial insurance, commercial auto, workers compensation, real estate, construction risk, surety bonds and healthcare.

On LinkedIn Rubiera said that his responsibilities consist of understanding client’s exposures and develop risk management strategies/solutions, helping clients mould their company’s & individual insurance programs for their specific needs in order to minimise company & individual risk.

Rubiera joined Brown & Brown in May 2017 as an intern. He was promoted to technical administrative assistant in August 2017 and then commercial insurance risk advisor in May 2018. In January 2023 he became a vice president at the company.
