New captive executive at 3M

Hyun Gon Jung has been appointed as director - global health, insurance and mobility benefits at 3M.

In his new position, he will be responsible for leading the design and management of US health care benefits, life insurance, international benefits (including captive insurance) and 3M’s global mobility programme.

He first joined the company in June, 2003 in South Korea, starting as a compensation analyst and then being promoted to a string of more senior positions over the next decade, still in South Korea.

In 2016 he moved to the US to join 3M’s Minneapolis office as international leader – HR Total Rewards.
