Teneo announces added investment in talent
Teneo has announced a major investment in its integrated insurance advisory practice, with a series of new hires reaffirming its position as a trusted partner for insurance and reinsurance businesses worldwide.
In addition to hiring Mark Allitt as a senior managing director in Bermuda, Michael Tagg, an insurance restructuring specialist and also formerly with KPMG, has also joined Teneo’s UK Financial Advisory team.
Teneo advises chief executives, boards and executive teams to thrive in an ever-evolving landscape.
The expansion of Teneo’s Insurance and Reinsurance Advisory Practice now means that it will provide a full service offering to insurance and reinsurance businesses – large and small, incumbents and challengers, private and public – across the globe, from business formations and combinations to acquisitions and divestments, driving brand reappraisals to strategic narrative development, navigating reputational issues to regulatory affairs, managing financial stress and distress, through to executive searches and organizational change and design.
