Risk Management Advisors hires Artex exec

Risk Management Advisors (RMA) has hired a former Artex and Willis Towers Watson executive as senior captive manager.
Declan O’Neill (pictured) joins RMA's team in George Town, Cayman Islands. He most recently served as client services director at Artex Risk Solutions.
Before this, he spent over five years at Willis Towers Watson, which included a role as a captive insurance account manager.
His earlier career includes working as a Tax & Treasury Accountant for Coca-Cola HBC Ireland and as a tax consultant at PwC Ireland.
