Rubenstein joins SRS Titanium
Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS) has announced that Mike Rubenstein (pictured) has joined SRS Titanium, the firm’s specialised initiative delivering innovative captive insurance management and consulting solutions for Fortune 500 and other global, complex organisations.
According to the company Rubenstein brings a rare breadth and depth of experience spanning risk management, insurance, reinsurance, data & analytics, and financial services/technology. SRS said that he is widely recognised as a strategic leader with a strong track record of developing corporate insurance strategies, reinsurance platforms, and innovative risk financing solutions.

Rubenstein’s career includes senior leadership roles with global organisations, most notably serving as Senior Vice President – Risk Management and Insurance Solutions at Mastercard. During his tenure, he developed the company’s insurance and reinsurance businesses in collaboration with product, loyalty, and data & analytics divisions. Earlier in his career, he held executive roles contributing to the design of insurance products and risk platforms across both commercial and consumer markets.
At SRS Titanium, Rubenstein will play a central role in consulting global organisations on how to navigate complex risk, insurance, and reinsurance issues. He will also support SRS’s expansion into advanced risk-financing strategies, product innovation, and integrated analytical solutions.
