South Carolina association to hold education conference

The South Carolina Captive Insurance Association has issued a call for speakers for its annual executive educational conference which takes place in September. 

The SCCIA said it is seeking input from its membership for session topics and speakers, including panels. 

"Speakers should possess motivation, originality and excellent public speaking skills," the SCCIA said. "Each presentation will last approximately one hour. Preference will be given to presenters who are members of the SCCIA." 

The deadline for submission is April 12 and approval notifications will be sent by May 17.

The conference takes place at Hyatt Place/Sterling Hall in Charleston, South Carolina from September 17-19.  

Submissions should include the following:

• Topic and description

• Presenter name

• Contact information for both applicant and presenter
