VCIA to hold annual captive taxation webinar

The Vermont Captive Insurance Association (VCIA) has announced details of its annual captive taxation webinar. 

The webinar will be on December 12th at 2pm EST as the VCIA’s captive tax specialists review hot topics concerning captive companies and their tax treatments. The panellists will also explore current tax issues through a review of IRS small captive activity and the implications for large captives, with what might come next.

Additionally, this year’s session will outline the fundamentals of captive formation, and its tax consequences, as well as identify the issues to consider when redomesticating a captive from a foreign domicile to Vermont, factoring in tax implications.

For a second year, VCIA said it is pleased to include once again an open forum allowing attendees the opportunity to ask questions directly to the panellists, on any topic. 

Watching the webinar will allow attendees the right to claim ICCIE Credits, specifically 1 ACE CE and 1 ICCIE Teleconference Credit.
