Veteran alternative risk advisor promoted at Lockton

Peter Rapciewicz has been promoted to executive vice president and Alternative Risk Solutions Practice Leader at the Lockton Companies. 

Rapciewicz, who has been at Lockton since 2014, made the announcement on a LinkedIn post. 

According to his profile, he provides strategic consultation and implementation on programme design, collateral strategies, captive consultation, alternative risk programs, and parametric solutions for clients across the globe. 

"My mission is to help clients optimise their risk transfer and retention strategies, reduce their total cost of risk, and enhance their financial performance and stability," he he said.

His specialties include alternative collateral, captive insurance programs, LPTs, structured solutions, and parametric solutions.

Prior to joining Lockton, he spent 14 years at AIG, primarily in the alternative risk group.
