CIC Services announces four promotions

CIC Services has announced four internal promotions.

Noah Miller (pictured right)has been promoted to director of risk management consulting and training, Tanya Stuewe has been promoted to senior captive analyst, Angela Vanover (pictured centre) has been promoted to manager, captive operations, and Leane Rafalko (pictured left)has been promoted to vice president, captive operations.

In this role, Miller will develop relationships with property and casualty insurance brokers throughout the Midwest and help create captive insurance solutions for clients across multiple industries. He will also support the company’s vice president of risk management consulting as CIC Services looks to grow and scale its business.

Stuewe will assist in the development and mentorship of captive analysts while continuing to manage a portfolio of captive insurance companies. In her expanded role, she will provide clients with accounting and advisory services while supporting overall growth of the captive analyst team.

Vanover will oversee the full team of captive analysts and ensure resources are aligned effectively to support clients’ accounting and advisory needs. She will also continue to directly support some of CIC Services’ most complex client accounts and partner with the vice president of captive operations on broader company initiatives.

And Rafalko will broaden her role from primarily managing the captive analyst team to also supporting the company’s managing director in day-to-day business operations. Her expanded responsibilities will include a focus on new client onboarding, daily operational support and collaboration with the claims and underwriting teams.

In the announcement the company stated the promotions reflect its: “commitment to developing talent from within while recognising the experience, leadership and technical expertise of team members who have helped shape the company’s service model and client relationships.”
