Helio Risk expands executive team with triple hire
Helio Risk has announced the addition of three professionals to its team in 2026: Dameon Allensworth; Andrew Hansen; and Adam McDade.
“These hires deepen our bench and reinforce the firm's capacity to design, service, and manage sophisticated programs for our captive, reinsurance, and risk consulting clients across the globe,” stated Kyle Sweet, partner and chief strategy officer.
Allensworth joined Helio Risk as an account manager earlier this year. As a licensed attorney with a background in technology solutions for businesses, Allensworth brings deep claims, operational, and compliance expertise to clients. He is based in Oklahoma City.
Hansen brings robust accounting experience to his role as an account specialist. Andrew’s former roles in financial data management, reconciliation, and auditing bring a valuable skill set to clients. Hansen is based in Oklahoma City.
McDade joined Helio as an account manager with over a decade of experience across the banking, insurance, and captive landscape. Prior to his most recent role in captive management at Hylant, McDade was a financial analyst with the South Carolina Department of Insurance. His previous roles included life insurance and banking positions. McDade is based in Charleston.
“Each of these professionals brings a distinct discipline and a shared commitment to the kind of bespoke, relationship-driven service our clients expect,” said Heather McClure, managing partner.
“Their combined experience reflects exactly the kind of talent we're building our team around as Helio grows,” notes Blake Kerr, chief financial officer.
