There he acted as an officer of the Farm Credit System Association Captive Insurance Company, which underwrites 15 coverages on behalf of agricultural lender the Farm Credit System. Sicard was also responsible for all captive reinsurance, excess coverages to the captive and coverages outside the captive, including cyber, employment practices liability and umbrella/excess liability.
In a 20-year career, Sicard has also held positions at Johnson & Higgins, Marsh (which acquired it), insurance and benefits broker Palmer & Cay, Moreton & Company, and Hub International Insurance Services.
Immediately before joining Aon, Sicard was working as a self-employed corporate risk management and insurance broker specialist.
