Pareto Captive Services hires Berkley’s Scott Byrne

Scott Byrne has been appointed vice president of sales at Pareto Captive Services. The Colorado-based company offers self-insured health solutions for small and medium-sized businesses with the largest health benefits captive in the US.

Byrne joins the after more than 11 years with Berkley Accident and Health. There, he held several positions, including director of sales for the Western region and, most recently, vice president of business development.

Previously he spent six years with Sun Life Financial as a sales manager and then stop-loss specialist.
