Ryan Specialty unveils chief revenue offer in captives unit

Ryan Specialty (RSG) has bolstered its group captive solutions division, which operates through Ryan Alternative Risk, by unveiling a senior hire.

Bryson Hammer (pictured) has joined the business as chief revenue offer. He joins from Innovative Risk Management where he was director of captive development. Prior to this, he has spent time in Holmes Murphy & Associates where he was am account executive and Innovative Captive Strategies.

“I am grateful for my time at Innovative Risk Management and the relationships built along the way. The experiences and trust from clients and colleagues have meant a great deal, and I’m proud of what we accomplished together,” Hammer said in a LinkedIn post.
“The vision and momentum within Ryan Group Captives make this an incredible opportunity, and I’m looking forward to contributing to the next phase of growth. Thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout this transition.”
