SRS Altitude adds risk transfer experts

Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS) has announced that Marco Adamo and Roy Baumann have joined SRS Altitude as of April 2nd as senior alternative risk transfer (ART) experts.

Adamo will lead Altitude’s property portfolio and Baumann will be responsible for casualty and finpro, both driving ART business development, structuring and execution of all types of non-standard solutions for corporate entities, captives and risk takers vehicles.

"Their extensive experience and proven track records will undoubtedly contribute to serving customers, captives, and broker partners with alternative risk transfer solutions and further enhancing SRS synergies in risk consulting and captive management." 

Adamo, formerly of Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, brings to Altitude more than 11 years of execution of ART structures as well as European markets experience.

He has held various technical and leadership positions across direct and facultative underwriting and alternative risk transfer. 

Over the last 25 years, Baumann has held various technical and leadership positions with Converium, Aon Global Risk Consulting and Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, covering topics such as finance, investments, risk analytics, complex structured solutions and consulting.
