Lockton unveils new EMEA sales SVP

Aaron Brown (pictured) has been appointed senior vice president - EMEA sales and global benefits financing lead at Lockton.

Brown previously worked for MAXIS Global Benefits Network (MAXIS GBN) for just over eleven years, first as a senior multinational account executive from October 2014 to August 2019, based in London.

He was then regional director - UK & Ireland at MAXIS GBN from August 2019 to February 2024 and finally regional director - EMEA business development from January 2024 to November 2025.

Brown worked for MetLife from March 2012 to September 2014, first as a sales consultant and then as a multinational account manager, with the latter position being dedicated to the MAXIS GBN business and reporting into New York, supported the management of global relationships between MetLife & global corporate clients from the banking, pharmaceutical, communication & technology sector.
