Paratus appoints Adele Gale to lead Guernsey operations

Adele Gale (pictured) has announced that she has started a new position as managing director and head of Guernsey operations at Paratus Group of Companies.

She said that she will oversee the operations of their three Guernsey regulated insurers amongst lots of other exciting projects and innovations.

She was previously head of risk & governance and deputy managing director at Strategic Risk Solutions on Guernsey from November 2024 until June 2025.

She worked for Robus for five years, first as director and group head of ILS in 2029 and then as deputy managing director in July 2023. Robus was bought by SRS in July 2024 and the Guernsey offices merged. She continued to set up and lead a team to manage a variety of vehicles tending to specialise in more complex or structured vehicles whilst at SRS. 

Gale was president of the Guernsey International Insurance Association (GIIA) from February 2023 to February 2025 and has been a committee member of the GIIA since February 2021.
